Changing or returning products

CHANGE OF PRODUCT / SIZE: For change of products, all you have to do is return the product to us via Geniki Tachidromiki courier services, within 10 working days of receipt in its original condition (meaning with its tag and receipt) with free shipping costs! The address for any return is: SnS, 48 Fokionos Negri str. , Postal Code 11361 Kypseli, Athens, Greece .

Don 't worry if you need to change a product! We got it covered - the first time! (if you need a second change, shipping costs are on you)

Please, respect our work and effort and try to care for the products you receive, if you do not wish to keep them.

Our team maintains every right to DECLINE returns that do not meet with our returns policy - that means we will not refund items that return to us faulty, with their tags off or without their receipt.

If so, the item will be returned to you and you will be charged with the shipping costs. We do not mean to sound strict, but that 's the case...

REFUNDS: If your whole order (or part of it) did not meed your needs, was different from what you saw on our e-shop or is proved faulty, you are entitled to a refund. The package must be sent within 5 working days via Geniki Tachidromiki, with shipping costs covered by SnS. After the package reaches us, the refund will be conducted and the customer will be charged with shipping costs worthy of 4€ , which will be deducted from the amount refunded.

The refund will be visible at your account within 4-7 working days.

Refunds are conducted through Alpha Bank therefore our company will not be held responsible for any additional bank deductions on behalf of our customers' bank.

Νο returns will be accepted on OUTLET and 24H OFFER items, unless the product you received, is proved faulty. Changes will only be made with the same product or with any other OUTLET product, upon availability and after contacting our shop.

PRODUCT RETURNS FORM: Inside your package and in order for your return to be admissible, you must include the "Product Returns Form" which you will receive with your order. In this form you should note your order number, and whether you wish to change an item or return it and be refunded. In case of a refund, you have to include an IBAN along with your Bank Name and the Beneficiary's Name (full name).
