An immediate solution to make your purchases, upon receipt of your order outside our store in Kypseli!

The procedure is as follows:

  1. Place your order online , choosing CLICK AWAY as the shipping method and please pay preferably via debit / credit card. If you wish to pay on pickup, please make sure you have the exact amount of the order with you.
  2. After completing your order, call us at 210 8842586 (MON-Fri 9.00 - 17.00) to arrange an appointment to receive it!
  3. You receive your order, outside our physical store, at the predetermined time and with the demonstration of the confirmation email that was sent to you upon its completion.

Entry to the store, for customers who have chosen the Click Away method, WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.

For the Click Away process,  the customer comes to our place, only for its receipt.

Therefore, it is not allowed to try on products in the store, neither to change or return them.

In case of a product change or return, please follow the procedure provided by our online shopping policy.

Only one person is allowed for the pick up.

In case of an audit, the customer must have the confirmation email of his electronic order, in his possession.


We must point out that due to the period we are going through and in order to operate properly and safely for our staff and customers, our online and physical store will operate as two independent stores.

It is not possible for any reason to tranfer products from our warehouse, in case of no availability at our store.

If you wish to buy a product that is available on our online store, but not on our physical store, you should follow the Click Away process step by step.

For the 'Click in Shop' process you must follow these steps:

  1. Call us on 210 8812790 (MON-WED-SAT 10.00 - 15.00 TUE-THUR-FR 10.00 - 2.30, 17.00 - 20.00) to book your desired appointment.
  2. We will send you an SMS, Viber message or e-mail confirming the details of the appointment.
  3. Attendance at our store will be strictly at the scheduled time and you will have the opportunity to make your purchases by trying on the products.
  4. Due to the fact that one customer is allowed per 25 sq.m. your stay at the store should be as short as possible in order not to create a queue outside of the store.

In case of a product change or return, you must contact us for a new appointment!
